RETURN POLICY Postmark (deliver to USPS) your original item within 7 business days of the date you initiate the exchange online to avoid being charged for a new item, as well as a $7 fee for the return shipping. If you have been charged for the new item, we will refund the cost of the original item after we receive it at our returns facility. Our return policy states we have a strict NO-REFUND policy. Once a product is placed for an order there are no refunds unless told otherwise. ALL HAT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. If 10 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer an exchange for a new product. Please read our Exchange Policy. Defective items or items that stop functioning within the first 30 days of usage will be replaced for free. Reporting of defects or missing items should be completed within 10 days from receiving the product To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original Loyal Origins packaging.
