Extended Holiday Returns Purchases made from 11/16/23 to 12/24/23 can be returned until 1/05/24 or 20 days after purchase.

If you have been charged for the new item, we will refund the cost of the original item after we receive it at our returns facility.
Product arrived defective or damaged?
- Reporting of defects or missing items should be completed within 10 days from delivery of the product
- To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original Loyal Origins packaging.
- Defective items or items that stop functioning within the first 15 days of usage will be replaced for free.
Perfect if your items have a defect/ damage/ or don't fit quite right
Your refund will be processed back onto your original payment method once your return has been received and inspected (Processed between 2-5 business days from return delivery date). We charge a minimum 11% restock processing fee which will also be deducted from your refund total.
Returns can either be refunded back to the original payment method (with a shipping fee) or come in the form of store credit.
Customs & duties are not offered a free refund for International Shipping orders.

We have the right to refuse your return if we find the item is not in the condition it was sent to you in. If your return is rejected when it arrives to us then we will send it back to you.
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- Wardrobing: An irregular or excessive return history.
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.
- An irregular or excessive discrepancies at the time of shipping & reporting of lost or missing packages.
To complete your replacement, we require a receipt, order number or proof of purchase.
We do not accept any refunds, exchanges, or returns for any sale items.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Customers should have 10 days from receiving product to report any issues with order or defects.
Return drop-offs are not accepted at our warehouse or office.
Packages returned without approval will not be accepted at the return facility & are subject to denial
We cannot make changes to orders after 24 hours from the time that the order is placed so please check all your details including shipping address and sizes before completing your order.
Loyal Origins is NOT responsible for any mistakes in addresses inputted at the time of order placement.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Customer’s must reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with their order number & a brief description in order for a refund to be requested
Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for a refund to be reflected
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
In the case your items are denied for refund, a support team member will contact customers to inform of the rejection and ship the items back to the customer.
If approved, the refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
All orders for returns are not refunded their original shipping cost.
If you no longer have the original packaging, you can return your order in any other packaging provided that it is properly sealed to prevent the items getting lost.
Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

We want all customers to be satisfied with the fit of their purchase! Exchanges on unworn and unwashed apparel merchandise is accepted within 15 days of receiving an order.
Exchanges must be initiated within 15 days from delivery of the item.
Final sale items of any price are not subject to returns, refunds, or online credits.
Size-based exchanges are acceptable.
Items must be returned with all vendor tags attached.
Items returned with obvious use, makeup, hairs or fiber, dander, dust or dirt, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise, do not meet our Return Policy mentioned & will be subject to denial
Exchanges are shipped using standard shipping.
Exchanges CANNOT be made for items that have gone out of stock. Exchanges for items out of stock will be provided with options such as store credit.
Upon the return item's arrival at the Loyal Origins Fulfillment center, customers will be provided with an invoice to complete the new shipping fee.
Buy Two, Get One Free: If your qualifying items are $50 and $50, the discount will be spread proportionally across both items. This will result in a store credit of $33.33.
Orders can be processed within a 5 day window from the time they are placed. This time is considered processing time and does not include in-transit time.
Please note that while most deliveries are made during business days (some exceptions may apply).
Orders placed will be shipped to an address designated by you as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on our website. All purchases from the Site are made in accordance with shipment conditions. You are accepting these terms and conditions through your use of the Site.
Please note that an Order may be delivered to a neighbor, in case a delivery attempt is unsuccessful. Delivery to a neighbor address is upon the judgment of the driver. The carrier will generally determine if the parcel can be left in a secure place at your delivery address. Your package may be returned to us if there is no safe place to leave the package at the point of delivery.
Once a package is picked up by the carrier service, LOYAL ORIGINS releases responsibility for the shipment.
LOYAL ORIGINS is not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen or rejected by the customer or customer receiving representative, once they have been successfully delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that the location that your order is being shipped to is safe, reliable, and secure.
For lost or missing packages, we will provide you with the information of the carrier and tracking number associated with your order so that you may contact them directly to track your package. Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages sent to mail forwarding providers. We are not responsible for lost packages. The cost of expedited shipping to you for the original order (if applicable) is not subject to refund.
